What’s Happening at CWC:

Opportunities to Serve:
• Door greeters and ushers. We are trying to get enough so that you will only need to serve once a month.
• Beginning September 1st we will need a couple of men to run the Royal Rangers Program on Wednesday nights. We will get you the training and Ray would like to work with you to help get you settled in.

For Ladies Only: Zumba Fitness @ CWC
Look for the Zumba Fitness schedule on the foyer table. Classes run from 7:00PM to 8:15PM. Feel free to invite any of your lady friends to join the fun. Please see Nancy Garza for more information.

Tuesday, August 2nd @ 6:45PM: Women’s Ministry Meeting
All women are invited to join for fellowship and discussion of the book “Becoming a Woman of Influence”. We will be meeting at Sonya Buford’s home. Please bring a snack to share. See Stephanie Largent for more information.

Saturday, August 6th @ 9:00AM: Assembly of Prayer & Fasting
Governor Rick Perry has called for a Solemn Assembly of Prayer and Fasting. It will take place at the Reliant Stadium in Houston on Saturday, August 6th from 9:00AM-5:00PM. Bus transportation will be available. See Pastor Jon for more information.

Sunday, August 14th: Women’s Ministry Retreat Registration

Friday, August 19th @ 6:00PM: Women’s Ministry Swim Night
All ladies are invited to Tandra Jermy’s home for a swim night. Please bring a snack to share and clothes to swim in. See Stephanie Largent for more information.

Sunday, August 21st @ 5:30PM: Women’s Ministry Talkalatte’
All ladies are invited for a special WMs Ice Cream Talkalatte’ to be held at Reece’s home. Ice cream will be provided. Please bring a topping to share! See Stephanie Largent for more information.

Friday & Saturday, August 26th & 27th: Men’s Ministry Retreat
Men’s Ministry Retreat is coming in August entitled “Leaving a Legacy”. The cost is $95.00 which includes food and lodging. Please get registration form from the foyer table. See Pastor Jon for more information.
